Can I order products from outside Pakistan?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
Shipping & Delivery
Which courier services do you use?
We ship through Trax, Leopard, PostEx, and TCS within Pakistan.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 4–6 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Free shipping is available for orders above Rs. 3,000.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp and Email once your order is dispatched.
What if my order is delayed?
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control. We recommend contacting the courier for updates if there is a delay.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Net Banking.
Is there any extra charge for COD?
No. COD orders do not have extra charges or verification steps.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days for wrong or damaged products only.
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Yes. Personal care items are non-returnable.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days, either to the original payment method or to a bank account for COD orders.
